Idol Fever

Last week, Bud and I went to dinner at the Chinese Buffet. We used to frequent that establishment quite regularly. After we'd finished our dinner, I told him to remind me next time I wanted to go there that I don't enjoy it anymore. However, this was on their sign. It made me smile, but I don't suggest that David take them up on the offer with any regularity.


Then I was driving down State Street. This is David's high school. It's kind of weird to live so close to this kid's hometown.


Just down the street from there was this sign.

And yes, I voted for him. We'll see how things go for him tonight.

P.S. I received Sara's magnet in the mail yesterday. The chickie that makes them lives out in the boondocks (otherwise known as Tooele) which is why she wasn't willing to drive into QB more than once a week. Now I don't have to call Sara 'Star Girl' anymore.
