This is after the drywall was primed, but before it was painted. Notice the ugly composite stairs?

We had to move our garage fridge and freezer to the great outdoors while it was being done. It was weird going outside to get the extra food.
The workers came and made the floor look smooth and purdy.
Then they rolled it with glue stuff, and shook flaky stuff all over it. It looks like paint chips.
We couldn't use the steps...oh, what steps? But look at the walls- they aren't just drywall and tape anymore. Yes, I got to pick the color. Bud was nervous about it. He thought it was too yellow. No, it's nice yellow. Mellow Yellow.

Then they sealed the floor.
All that was left was the stairs. We got our handy stair-making friend to come over. He laughed when he saw the stairs the Ivory builders had made. Then he made these stairs instead.
So that's our dinky cozy garage.
