That's what it looks like at my house right now.

Cashing In
Do you remember my story about Red Robin and how the manager tried to make me happy after our last disastrous outing to her restaurant?
Saturday night we decided to cash it all in, so we went to Jordan Landing to see Letters To Juliet, which was a total chick flick and extremely predictable, so of course I loved it. After the movie (which was free, as was the popcorn, because I used my gift card), we went to Red Robin, since it's right there. It was packed! Not an empty table in the place, but we were seated fairly quickly (...well, 20 minutes instead of the 5-10 that we were promised, but that was okay).

Our service was impeccable and the food was brought super-fast, as was the check. I gave them my free appetizer coupon, my $7 voucher and my $15 gift card. Our final bill was $5.45 which included the tax. So our entire evening out- movie, popcorn, and dinner, turned out to be a pretty cheap date.

Tres Leche Cake
For dessert after eating the Cafe Rio Salad, we were served this totally delicious cake. It was so so so good! Get the recipe at our RS blog.

Procrastinating
I am supposed to be working on Eliot's quilt so I can deliver it to him for his birthday when I go see him in a couple more weeks. But I "don't wanna."
I got as far as my craft room (climbing up the stairs can be a deterrent itself!) and saw my Cricut just beckoning to me. This key holder has been hanging on the wall since just after we moved in. I thought adding some decorative working would make it a little cuter so instead of quilting, I whipped this out in about 10 seconds. Cute! But now I guess I have to go quilt since I don't have any other ideas about how to put it off any longer.
Cafe Rio Salad
Last night we had a Relief Society Meeting and learned how to make Cafe Rio Salad. I had just eaten dinner before going to the meeting so I wasn't hungry at all. Instead, I took it home and ate it for breakfast this morning!
Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of it when it was freshly made. For the recipe, go to our R.S. blog.

For a Boy
I had a tile lying around and since I was invited to a baby shower, I thought I'd put it to use.

I wished I had a cartridge that had a dog on it, and/or a snail, but I didn't, so it's rather plain-looking. Today I was at the hardware store and they had a large tile for $.68. Now I have to figure out what to do with that one! It's about the same size as a tile I bought for my mom that had a little saying on there and that thing cost me...well, I shouldn't say, because my mom reads this blog from time to time. But let me tell you that the profit made on that baby was eeeeenormously hefty! Huge! Maybe I should open an Etsy shop and retire from the office.

Does anyone know a good source for the plate holders needed to go with the tiles? Maybe Tai-pan?
