Hold the cherry with the stem end down (the stem has already been removed) over a frosting tip. Laura is using a Wilton #10. It's round and fairly large, but not so large that it takes out much more than just the pit.
Press the cherry down onto the frosting tip and the pit comes right out.

Very cool! I have multiple cherry pitters - and those don't get cherry juice all over the place or get your fingers red!! :)
